Destination Fitra aims to remind us of God’s countless favours & all His signs that we tend to overlook on a daily basis. It’s about showing gratitude for all His mercies, no matter the package or size.
What started off as a blog of finding gratitude in the mundane, has evolved into recognising God’s favours within our trials, particularly the one my daughter was gifted with: epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
But most of all… It’s about “FITRA” : our innate yearning in wanting to know and recognize our beloved Creator. The One Who nourishes and sustains us daily. The One Who provides us with all that we need to survive. The One Who loves and protects us like no-one else can.
Not everyone in this world shares the same faith, but one thing is certain :
